Job Duties:

Prepare budget and financial and accounting reports and forecasts, manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles, and substantiates  accounting information and transactions by auditing documents ; Compile and present accounting reports, budgets,  commentaries and financial accounting statements based on financial accounting forecasting and risk analysis; reconcile accounting discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information; Review and supervise accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry, regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, and provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions; Administer payrolls and controlling income and expenditure, audit payments by verifying documentation and request disbursements, and develop periodic financial accounting reports for management conduct month-end and year-end financial accounting close process; Maintain professional and technical knowledge and accounting security by following internal controls, and protect operations by keeping accounting information confidential; and Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs, examine financial accounting statements to ensure accuracy, compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment and prepare documentation for external auditors.
